1. Our initial family meeting at your house establishes your wishes for the ceremony.
2. Our client agreement is signed during the initial family meeting by the Main Contact and me. The Main Contact is the family’s primary contact about the ceremony.
3. I prepare the ceremony service, integrating contributions from the family as they are emailed to me. I liaise with the Main Contact as required, to gather family contributions and keep the family updated with drafts of the service. The Main Contact supplies revisions to the writing after consultation with wider family.
4. I liaise with key stakeholders (for example, Funeral Director) for logistical arrangements, as required. The family also works directly with the Funeral Director, for arrangements outside my scope as celebrant.
5. On the day of the ceremony, I meet with the family as required, making any final adjustments. I conduct the ceremony as the celebrant.
6. After the ceremony, I email an invoice to you.
End of Life Doula Package
1. Our initial meeting at your house (charged within your Package) of 1-1.5 hours will establish your needs, detailing what I can provide for you.
2. Our client agreement is signed in the initial meeting, and you pay 50% of the Package price upon signing - this amount is non-refundable.

3. Consequent hours of your Package are delivered as detailed in the client agreement, invoiced at 5-hourly intervals (invoices for the first half of hours will have zero balance).
4. Unused hours upon death of a client (beyond non-refundable hours) are refunded.

Sessions are for a general audience, or for a specific audience - guided by your needs.
Personalised sessions are tailored to your circumstances; they may vary by length of session, amount of sessions and focus areas of sessions.
